Product Maintenance Recommendations:
To ensure a longer lifespan, GAMA recommends:
  • Performing daily “clean outs” of your dryer
  • Completing a weekly deep cleaning of the filter and dryer

Return Policy:
You may return GAMA dryers to Salon Services PRO for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase or delivery. After 30 days, all returns must be processed directly through the manufacturer.

Salon Services PRO cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
  • Returns requested after 30 days
  • Products that have been intentionally decorated or modified
  • Warranty or service-related issues (see Warranty Service & Replacement below)


Warranty Service & Replacement
If you experience an issue with your GAMA dryer within one year of purchase, please follow the
steps below to request a replacement:

Required Steps:
  • The dryer’s filter must be completely cleaned before returning.
  • A video demonstrating the dryer’s condition must be sent to your Distributor Sales Consultant and/or emailed to [email protected].
  • Once received, the dryer will undergo evaluation within a 2-week window

Important Notes:
  • If the dryer arrives without following the required steps, it will be returned to you at your
    expense with a $16.95 shipping charge.
  • If the dryer is clean and evaluated with no issues found, it will be returned at your expense
    with a $16.95 shipping charge.
  • If the dryer is clean and determined to be defective, a new GAMA dryer will be issued and
    shipped at no cost.
